Creating meaningful connections through art, community, and communication.

ABOUT ME

A woman with long, wavy brown hair, wearing a black top and a gray blazer, smiling and looking to her right.

Hi, I’m Michelle.

I’m someone who listens for what’s underneath the noise. I’m good at sitting with a ramble of ideas, half-formed thoughts, and competing priorities—and helping them take shape into something clear, calm, and workable. I think of it as collage: noticing what belongs together, what needs space, and what can be let go.

I bring that same way of seeing into my work—as a community advocate, investor, artist, and marketing communications professional—tending ideas, places, and projects so they can grow with clarity and care.

How I Show Up

A woman with glasses, wearing a black blazer and a name tag, is seated at a conference table, smiling while looking at her phone and holding a paper, with a white wall and colorful sticky notes in the background.

I move through my world wearing a few different hats. They’re distinct, but connected—each one shaped by the same way of seeing: listening closely, noticing patterns, and helping things take shape.

In my professional work:
I help bring clarity to complexity. I’m often invited into moments where ideas are tangled, priorities compete, or direction feels unclear. I listen, sort, and connect the dots—helping leaders and teams move forward with calm focus and intention.

In community work:
I’m focused on place, participation, and long-term stewardship. I’m interested in what strengthens local ecosystems—through advocacy, investment, and thoughtful involvement in projects that support connection, creativity, and shared growth over time.

In my creative practice:
I work with materials as a way of paying attention. Art is where I slow down, experiment, and explore ideas without needing immediate answers. It informs how I think, how I see, and how I engage with the world—often shaping the other work I do in quieter ways.
